We are pleased to announce that on April 1st 2021, Saunders Group and RMG signed a Contract for Supervision and Contract Management Services for RMG’s project to supply settlements in the area of Bolnisi Municipality with high quality clean drinking water via a new water pipeline.

Services provided by Saunders group will include:

• Approval of the Contractor’s materials and method statements.
• Supervision and Quality Control of the Contractor’s works including earthworks, pipelines, water treatment facilities, and guardhouses.
• Supervision and Control of the Contractor’s testing of installed pipelines and equipment.
• Problem solving to ensure issues encountered are resolved to the benefit of all parties.
• Verification of the Contractor’s As-Built Drawings for handover to the end user.
• General support to the Client to ensure the works are completed on time, to the required level of quality, and within budget.
